With a background is business, sales and marketing, Susan provides goal oriented Real Estate consultations and expertly handles negotiations to ensure exceeding her clients expectations.  She specializes in unique homes and situations as well as country and equestrian properties and farms.  Susan realizes that each sale or purchase is different and each circumstance unique.  Her years of experience gives her the knowledge and resources to anticipate concerns before they occur.  Her clients complete satisfaction and subsequent referrals and eventual repeat business is the basis of her long lasting and ongoing business. 

Born in Ottawa, Sue has been a resident for most of her life.  After receiving her B.A. from the University of New Brunswick and a brief 4-year term as an Economist with Immigration Canada, the major part of Sue’s career was spent with IBM Canada Ltd with her last 6 years there as a Business Manager with IBM’s Professional Services Division.  Retired from IBM, but still willing and able to help out, Sue brings strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing the best support possible to our Team.  Sue is committed to managing the daily operations of the Business and is responsible for the implementation of effective systems, cutting edge technologies and marketing strategies.
